As a brand, we- Díor Tresses are proud of the top quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we DO NOT accept  returns. Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length and texture desired. We kindly ask you to gently inspect your order without damaging the hair and/or packaging. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.
